  • Group Warm-up: All athletes start together with a dynamic warm-up.
  • Customized Training: Athletes then break off to execute their personalized training program with a coach facilitating the session. These programs are meticulously designed to target specific athletic needs and goals, ensuring comprehensive development in areas such as strength, speed, agility, and skill enhancement.
  • Bridge Athletic App: Our programs are delivered through the Bridge Athletic app, trusted by top collegiate and professional organizations.

Our College Prep Program goes beyond physical training. We aim to instill in athletes the mindset, discipline, and independence required to thrive in a collegiate environment. By exposing them to a structured training regimen and fostering independence, we prepare athletes for the challenges and expectations they will encounter at the collegiate level.
